Recorded workout day 2

I just finished my second day of running. Today I did .84 miles. .03 less than yesterday. Took a different route because of people being around the other way. Although I did less. I ran significantly more than yesterday. I noticed a lot of the area is under a hill so I run uphill quite a bit. Could this be affecting me? Anyway will be off to bed soon. And hopefully tomorrow is a better run :)

Day 1 continued

My last workout was about 8 hours ago then followed by work. Today was my first time going out to run. I finally beat my self consciousness and went and did it. I ran/walked about .87 miles and it took me 13 minutes. Which is way more than my time used to be so hopefully I can improve this soon. I plan on going to run every day for the same distance until it becomes natural then I will up the distance. I feel tired but good about it. I sweat a good amount solely on this run. Cheers to a great workout :) will be going to sleep soon.

Recorded workout. Day 1

So for the past month or so I’ve been doing my own workouts at home. Running in place/stretch 10 push ups are my warm up. I run in place for about 3 or 4 minutes. Everyday I add more time to it. My workouts then consist of weighted squats, dumbbell curls, more arm workouts. 30 or so sit ups. And more curls and repeat about 3 time. this usually takes me about 25 or so minutes and I sweat a good amount.

Made a decision

So I figured out what to use my tumblr for… It’s gonna be to record and talk about my workouts and how they are going and how I feel. I’m not doing this to become skinny. I love being a chubby man but my chubby mess is getting quite unproportional. I’m trying to become more in shape while still remaining husky.
